Proof of Concept (POC)

Humley have a number of delivered or live POCs underway, most recently Humley delivered a POC for a major UK operator. Humley’s agility and automated tools mean we are able to help our customers build business cases which support the long-term delivery of AI-powered solutions, which is key to ensuring we get AI technology into user’s hands.

Our Operator POC was focussed on and proved, AI could improve customer satisfaction scores, empower users to resolve problems in the channel they access and reduce the need to call customer services, whilst also creating a base of knowledge which learns over time and has a 90% accuracy level to real customer inquiries.
